Founder & President
With a background in residential construction and a degree in Building Science from Auburn University, Foster founded the company while still a student.
After serving four years in the United States Marine Corps, he brought discipline, structure, and accountability into the construction process – principles that continue to shape DeckTech today.
Foster focuses on operational systems, long-term vision, and ensuring every project meets the company’s standards for craftsmanship and integrity.
Riley Westmoreland
Owner & Operations Manager
Riley grew up in construction and oversees the daily operations, scheduling, and jobsite coordination.
He ensures each project moves efficiently from planning to installation, maintaining quality standards and communication between field crews and homeowners.
Riley takes particular pride in seeing a project develop from an aging structure into a well-executed outdoor space built to last.
